Daren N.
Certified Real Estate Appraiser
Daren has experience in all facets of the real estate industry being a real estate investor, property manager, realtor, banker, and a full-time residential real estate appraiser.
In addition to being well versed in residential real estate valuation, Daren graduated with a B.A. in Business from Seattle University and has taken many advanced appraisal courses to remain current on industry practices, and most importantly, ethical and USPAP compliant.
Daren is an avid Seahawks fan and enjoys golfing in his free time.

Certified Real Estate Appraiser
Jared has been appraising real estate for more than 15 years. He specializes in the valuation of single family homes, multi-family properties, condominiums and new construction.
When he's not working, Jared enjoys golfing, working on personal remodel projects and restoring his VW.
Christina N.
Office Administrator/Certified Real Estate Appraiser
Christina graduated with a B.A. in Finance from the University of Washington. After graduation, she entered the real estate industry as an LPO for a local title and escrow company. After three years in escrow she decided to enter into the appraising industry.
In her free time, Christina enjoys traveling, gardening and spending time with her three kids and two boxers.
